Bachelor of Food and Nutrition

As a student of the Bachelor of Food and Nutrition, you’ll focus on basic human biosciences and explore the factors influencing health. You’ll develop an understanding of food composition and the role of food in health, as well as developing an understanding of the roles of health professionals in the health and community service sectors. Later in the course, you’ll have the opportunity to choose from a co-major in subjects such as human physiology and anatomy, biochemistry, genetics and microbiology. An elective stream in public health is also available.
